Orders and personalization
You are responsible for reviewing spelling, dates, names, and submitted wording. The on-screen preview is a placement guide; minor production differences in scale or color may occur.
Pricing and payment
Prices and shipping are shown before payment. Payments are processed by Stripe. An order is accepted when payment is authorized and an order confirmation is issued.
Production and delivery
Production and carrier estimates are not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, inaccurate delivery details, or events outside reasonable control.
Acceptable personalization
We may refuse wording that is unlawful, hateful, infringing, or technically unsuitable for production. If an order cannot be produced, the affected payment will be refunded.
Intellectual property
Site design, product artwork, photography, and brand content remain protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Customer-provided wording remains the customer’s content and is licensed to us only as needed to fulfill the order.
