Information we collect

We collect order and contact information you provide, including name, email, shipping address, personalization text, gift notes, and order history. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by us.

How we use information

• Process, produce, and deliver orders.
• Save your design and cart when you enter your email, so you can resume personalization.
• Provide support and transactional messages.
• Prevent fraud and secure the service.
• Measure site and advertising performance where permitted.

Service providers

We may share the minimum necessary information with Cloudflare for hosting and order storage, Stripe for payments, Resend for transactional email, Printify and production partners for fulfillment, and analytics or advertising platforms you allow.

Advertising and storage

Essential browser storage keeps your design and checkout working. With your permission, Google, Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest tags may measure visits, checkout activity, and purchases. You can change this decision using Privacy choices in the site footer.

Saved designs

Your saved-design link allows anyone holding it to view the personalization and cart choices. It does not display your email or shipping address. Keep the link private if your wording is personal. Saving a design does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.
